Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 97hi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the website located at https://97hi.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features made available through that domain.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the 97hi platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions published elsewhere on the platform — all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 97hi platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 97hi or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that would prohibit your participation in online gambling;
• You have not previously had a 97hi account closed or suspended for violation of these Terms;
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

97hi will verify your age at the point of registration using the date of birth you provide. Additionally, formal identity verification — using a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — will be required before any withdrawal is processed. If a discrepancy is identified between the age declared at registration and the age shown on identity documents, the account will be suspended pending investigation and all funds held in the account will be reviewed.

97hi takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds held therein, and conduct a verification review. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment source after deducting any winnings generated, which will not be paid out in any circumstances.

Account Registration and Obligations

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 97hi platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

You must notify 97hi promptly if any of the information held on your account — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment details — changes. 97hi cannot be held responsible for any communication failures, delayed withdrawals, or security risks arising from outdated contact information on your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 97hi platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 97hi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 97hi's discretion and will be reflected on the platform's payment page.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The standard welcome bonus available to new 97hi players is a deposit match of up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts or any other mechanism — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

97hi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Game Rules and Fair Play

Account Suspension and Closure

97hi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, account inactivity, or where continued operation of the account would expose 97hi or third parties to legal or financial risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact details. The investigation process will be conducted as promptly as reasonably practicable. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account suspension will be lifted and normal account functionality restored.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 97hi support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus-derived amounts that have not met wagering requirements.

Accounts that have been inactive — defined as having no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity — for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 97hi will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address on a dormant account before applying any dormancy administration fee.
